You will find below all the necessary details regarding costs, rebates and registration modalities as well as cancellation policies. The details vary, depending on whether you register as yourself and pay for the training yourself, if you are a Nonprofit organization sending an employee or another organization (public or private) sending an employee.

The cost for each training is calculate per person who pays for their own training personally. The cost includes participation in the training and a training manual.
*If the employer is paying for the training and wants to get invoiced, please refer to the Nonprofit or Corporation tabs for accurate details.

Rebates
10% for multiples registrations – For people from same group, who register together and make a joint payment, the cost is reduced by 10% at the time of final payment.
15% for Early birds – In order to take advnatge of this rebate, we ask that you pay the training in full (-15%), 30 days prior. This amount is nonrefundable. In case of a major event, the payment could be transferred to another person or another training within 6 months.
50% for repeats of Basics/Intro – This rebate is offered to those who have taken their Basics\Intro training with us before and wish to do it again.
NOTE : one rebate per registration.
A person is considered registered once we’ve received their registration fee.
Registration fees are non-refundable, unless we cancel the training, in which case your registration fees would be reimbursed in full.
Regular cost for the 2-day training: 300.00$ (+tx = 341.78$)

Available rebates
These rebates are applicable for people from the same organization, registering at the same time, for the same training and are invoiced at the same time.
Registration and cancellation or transfer policy
A person is considered registered as soon as the invoice has been sent to the organization.
There are no fees for cancelling 10 weekdays prior to the activity.
50 % of the regular fee will be retained from the reinbursement if one cancels later then 10 weekdays prior to the event.
100 % of the regular fee will be retained if one cancels after 72 hours prior to the event or if the person doesn’t show up at the training.
The registration can be transferred to another participant at any time without a fee.
Registrations or postponements to later trainings have to received by email at info@spiralis.ca.
Spiralis may cancal a training up to 5 days prior to the event if the number of registrants is insufficient. Anyone who has paid their invoice by then will receive a full refund.
