We are constantly communicating – giving our opinion, listening to our friends, negotiating a contract, asking for advice, etc. – and, most of the time, everything goes well. However, we also experience relationships where communication is more difficult, especially with the people who are important to us. Whether because we find it hard to make ourselves understood, or because we are not able to hear the frustration or pain of others, one thing is certain, that this only creates a sense of distance and shutdown in the relationship.

In this workshop, you will learn a new language! You will experience a way of communicating with greater clarity and emotional autonomy, from gaining closure to collaboration.

In this introduction to Nonviolent Communication (NVC), you will learn a method that improves interpersonal relationships, increases your ability to express yourself clearly, and greatly expands your listening skills. It is a powerful process that allows for more connection, freedom and vitality in your relationships.

Authentic Dialogue Basics is a prerequisite for our Authentic Dialogue Immersion Program (available in French) which will allow you to deepen your knowledge and communication skills.
