Do you aspire to live in an educational environment where time spent teaching is optimized to help children learn instead of taking that time to discipline them? Are you looking for ways to keep classrooms orderly while also creating an environment of harmony, complicity, and collaboration in relationships?
Coaching for education professionals allows you to:
- Take a clear look at your modes of interaction and move towards a mode of class (or group) management focused on relationships;
- Develop a greater understanding of group dynamics, the needs of children, and the ingredients necessary to establish agreements with the group;
- Develop a posture and practice that promote a climate of trust in which children are reassured that their needs will be taken into consideration, which will promote their collaboration.
Over time, you will be able to transform your difficult relationships into partnership relationships. You will see difficult situations turn into opportunities to renew your joy in teaching.
How it works:
The sessions take place in person, over the phone or by videoconference, depending on the availability of the client. Usually, coaching evolves over a period of 3 to 12 months and sessions are held on a fairly regular basis. The information shared during the sessions is treated in a strictly confidential manner.
