Our prices

Our training courses have a general public price as well as an organizational and professional price. In order to take care of everyone’s resources – yours and ours – and in order to promote accessibility to training for as many people as possible, we ask you to choose the rate that best suits your situation.

Our prices allow us to take care of our resources and to grow. That said, Spiralis is committed to reducing financial obstacles by allowing everyone to progress in NVC. If these amounts exceed what is available to you, please contact us to find out about our possible payment arrangements and available scholarships.

We thank our organizational and professional participants for their contribution to the well-being of Spiralis and for ensuring availability of scholarships for participants with more limited financial means.

Refund/Cancellation (individual workshop)

For each workshop registration, we charge a registration fee of $50.00 + taxes, included in the advertised price for the workshop. This amount allows us to take care of the resources involved in coordinating our programming.

If you choose to cancel your participation, please let us know as soon as possible, by email (info@spiralis.ca) or by calling us (438-777-9870). We will be able to offer your place to participants on the waiting list.

If you cancel your participation in a workshop, we will refund the price of the workshop – less the registration fee. If you stop attending after the workshop has already started, we will reimburse you for the portion of the workshop you did not attend – less the registration fee.

Deferral (individual workshop)

We understand that all kinds of circumstances may arise and cause you to choose new strategies to take care of your needs.

If exceptional circumstances lead you to choose not to participate in a workshop for which you are registered, we suggest that you postpone your participation to a later date without charge. From a second postponement or if you are switching workshop groups, we will ask you for an administration fee of $50.00 + taxes.

Refund/Cancellation (Immersion program)

Taking into account the discount offered when registering for the Authentic Dialogue Immersion Program, and considering that this discount aims to both: facilitate access to the Program for participants, and also to reduce the administrative burden for the Spiralis team, we ask for an administrative fee of $50.00 + taxes for any changes, postponements, or cancellations, affecting the scheduled modules for which you are registered.

In other words: once registered in the full PIDA Program, a person who would like to postpone their participation in one of the Program’s workshops, whose dates have already been determined at another time, can consider doing so, for an administration fee of $ 50.00 + taxes per change. *

We ask that the Program be completed in no more than 2 years.

Termination of the Program (Immersion)

If exceptional circumstances lead you to choose to no longer participate in the Program, we will refund the amount you have given, deducting the value at the regular price (à la carte) of the workshops already taken, as well as $50.00 + taxes of administration fees.

Privacy

Spiralis places great importance on confidentiality and data protection. Spiralis may collect personal information through its website. Any personal information will only be used for the internal purposes for which it was originally collected by Spiralis, with your consent. The collection, use, and disclosure by Spiralis of your personal information is governed by the Spiralis Privacy Policy.
