Feelings and Needs Lists

Nonviolent Communication (NVC) suggests we focus our atention differently. It suggests we connect to what's really alive in the moment, both within ourselves and through other peoples' expressions, at the level of Feelings and Needs. When we learn NVC, and in order to get acquainted with this relatively unknown dimension of ourselves, we seek to enrich our feelings and needs vocabulary. This allows us to foster more clarity and meaning in our dialogue with ourselves and others. Here is this famous list!

Restorative circles, Restorative justice

A message of great enthusiasm to all! I've recently attended a workshop with Dominic Barter. He is a nonviolent communication (NVC)  trainer who has worked in Brazil since 1992. He has designed a process based in restorative justice principles and also completely anchored in NVC dialogue processes. These processes are an organic way for communities to respond to conflict, shocks or even violent acts.

Presenting NVC (one page)

Here's a short article we wrote in order to quickly present NVC in one page. we are hoping it will be inspiring and/or supportive in order to share with others an impetus to discover it!
