Three 20-minute conferences

I suggest to you 3 20-minute conferences by Eve Ensler, given at TED forums. Eve Ensler is the author The Vagina Monologues, a play she wrote after interviewing women on their relationship to their vaginas.

The work she pursued after that, in helping women in general and women subjected to genital mutilation in particular is very inspiring. Furthermore, her constant reflection touching on all the facets of her activities is hard-hitting, deep, vast and reaches us in our guts, heart and head at once.

So here they are.
Brace yourselves and... prepare the tissues!

2004: Happiness in Body And Soul

On the power of being whole, of facing our wounds and demons, on becoming the change we want to see in the world.

2005: On Security

About our collective quest for security and its perverse effects, for all!

2009: Embrace Your Inner Girl

Here, Eve Ensler starts off with the theory that each and everyone of us has "girl-cells" in us, which are our promise for an authentic and powerful emotional life. "I want you to imagine that this particular grouping of cells is central to the evolution of our species."

I look forward to hearing how these conferences may stimulate you!
